| RULES FOR SUBMISSIONS We only allow artworks that you drew/created yourself. original monsters, cartoonish, semi-realistic or realistic style - submit 1 (one) deviation each week  Which art is accepted: Any style - Cartoon, realistic etc. Fan-monsters too (example: based of general Digimon) Fanart is not allowed. Transformations of non-devART charas like Pokemon are allowed, if they do not exactly look like their originals. Only Content that follows the rules of devART in general - mature content if needed. We accept digital and traditional media.Drawings, concepts, animations, pixel-art, photos (if made of a sculpt of a creature you designed) Greyscale art is accepted if it has a proper shading, or if the creature can clearly be seen by just the contrasts of black and white.You can only submit your own art. We do NOT accept: Fanart Pics submitted to the wrong folder. Work in progress (sketchy lines, no proper shading etc.) 3D Work in progress 3D models have to be finished, coloured and have to be presented well. Lineart / Greyscale Art without shade Art drawn on lined paper / badly scanned art Pics on which the original creature has a minor role, for example: more text than creature and/or when the creature is hard to see Creature designs that are not original enough -> only a normal animal or human. Anthro designs that are not original enough -> only normal dog-anthro, dog on two legs and human-like anatomy.. Art that doesn't fit our quality standards. Sloppy shading, too flashy colours, sketchy lines, bad use of photoshop (like using textures or filters in a sloppy and quick way) etc. Comic strips / memes Photomanipulation Copyrighted material Literature Creatures created with a -create a creature- programm or flash game, including Spore! Artworks using templates - including devArt contest templates like T-shirts etc. Please also make sure to activate mature content if needed. This is a basic rule of devArt that's why this shouldn't be mentioned here, but it seems some artists still forget about this rule.
